No contract has been finalized yet, although our current contract
contains an option for the Hyatt for A'09.  Biggest problem is scheduled
renovation in the Hyatt which will put a large number of rooms off-line.

However alternate choices are limited.  There's always the small chance
of going back to the Park Plaza.  (It's not that they don't like us, it's that
they have other options on the table that bring in more money.)

There is also Providence, RI, which Corporate has been disinclined to
choose.
