[ST] [SA] MassMailer and Are You Registered?

By now, most people should have their Mass Mailer arrive.

*IF* you are registered, the second address line will contain the
phrase "You are Pre-Registered for Arisia '07".

If that line is blank, then either you didn't submit a timesheet or
it got lost somehow.
