[ST] [Publications-staff] Ribbons

I agree. Instead of ribbons, why don't we do small stickers this year?
probaby cheaper.
Something that has to be ordered, so that it can't be easily copied,
but will say that we are staff.

Alternatively, of course, we could have staff-specific badges as they
have at Readercon.
