[ST] [Publications-staff] Ribbons

If we could have a generalized staff ribbon and then some cheapass way
to customize them for departments without having to stick another
ribbon on our badges that would be extremely helpful.

Even if tech could just have a sticker to go on their staff ribbon
instead I would prefer it because I have issues making all my damn
ribbons stick. its annoying.


I hate having all that damn cruft hanging off my chest when I'm trying to work.


With Art Show and the Masq Green Room people its important to have
clear identification as well because there are restricted areas
general staff and congoers are not supposed to go that they have
access to. Same thing with Tech. And same thing with photographers.
