[ST] [Publications-staff] Ribbons

Hi all,

I'm a big fan of both hard-backed badges (or paper inside a free  
holder) and visible, color-coded ribbons that make it clear who is  
what. I'll say I didn't like the horizontal ribbons as much as the  
vertical ones but I can live with either.
