[ST] [SA] hotel reservations open to the general public

Hotel reservations, including for Arisia staff, are now available
online at 2008.arisia.org/Hotel/

It is no longer necessary to use the generic staff login to make a
hotel reservation.  Please make your reservations now -- the hotel
won't likely sell out before the end of the month, but it will surely
sell out well before the con.
