[ST] ASCAP and BMI

This year Archon was "caught" (for the first time, if I understood  
correctly) by ASCAP, requesting that royalties be paid  for music  used in the 
dance(s), masquerade, etc.  BMI is the other industry  collection agency for these 
kinds of events.  I'd like to know that Arisia  is on top of paying for these 
licenses.  I know BMI only charges .03 cents  per attendee... so it's not like 
it's a huge chunk of money.  I feel that  we owe it to musical artists to take 
care of this.
