[ST] [SA] step ladders in storage

They belong to TF, TechnoFandom, and / or no one in particular.   I think
another question is does anyone else need them on Thursday for setup?
Hobbit?  Spence?    (Hobbit may be bringing his own ladder too.)    I
suspect that Art Show can have at least one of them on Thursday (and
Sunday).
