[ST] STAFF... just a little information for VOLUNTEER LOUNGE please

LIST, as I have weeded out as many as I can of you long term volunteers from  
that mailing, but I know I missed some of you. 
 
PLEASE NOTE:  I DO WANT YOUR SHIRT SIZE as it will help us with  ordering and 
not OVER ordering the volunteers T-shirt. <<<
 
 
   
Hi, I received a notice from the Arisia webmaster that  you've checked the 
box, "YES, I want to volunteer for Arisia."  Now,  assuming  you've not made a 
mistake, I thought I'd touch base with  you.

Many things changed about Arisia last year, because of our new  hotel 
situation, and EVEN MORE changes are in the works for Arisia '08...  IT'S A FOUR DAY 
CONVENTION NOW!  That's right, Friday through Monday,  woo-hoo!!!   
 
This makes our #1 NEED volunteers... that means  Y-O-U!!!  And, we thank you 
for your commitment to making  Arisia great, for everyone.

Beginning on Wednesday evening, January 10,  and right through to Monday, 
January 15, we need things done at the Arisia  storage and at the hotel.  If  you 
are particularly  interested in before convention and after  convention jobs 
(so that you're free to enjoy the convention)  please let me know by 
responding to this e-mail. You'll also get extra  credit for working these hours (see 
below).

Of course we'll have a  VOLUNTEER'S LOUNGE again, and it's better than ever!  
We're in a  DOUBLE ROOM THIS YEAR!  With ARISIA TV in the room, and snacks  
all day long.  
 
And we are once again offering the membership goodies that volunteers have  
come to know and love:  8 hours work gets you the free  VOLUNTEERS t-shirt,  
and 12 hours gets you into Arisia '08  free.  Of course, working Wednesday, 
Thursday, or Monday gets you  DOUBLE earned hours.  

AND there's much more.  Volunteers get lots of goodies (anime  and  sci-fi 
videos, food, sci-fi books, and freebies) at the  Volunteer  Lounge.
