[ST] Stairwells

This would be a horrid idea for the middle of the day, when traffic
will be at its highest.
Likewise in the evening, when the stairs will be crowded with Arisia's
finest drunken revelers.
Best do it in the morning. A side effect will be buzz. People may keep
their bib number on (if things go that way) and those who didn't wake
up to do it might wish they had. Early morning panel attendance may
just increase on subsequent days.
Re: Burma Shave signs-- put them off the stairwell, on the respective
floors. People who want to read the slick slogans will get off the
stairs (and out of climbers' way.)
But really, we don't want people standing around in hallways more than
they already do.
More correctly, the Burma Shave slogans should go in the pocket
program, on successive pages. This will probably do more than anything
to get people to the stairs.
