Hi Folks,

Yes, it's time to start thinking about your signage needs for Arisia.
Forward this message as needed.  Points to consider:

- If your signs have changed from last year (because of a change in
hours or the new location), I need to know early, especially if larger
signs are needed.
- If your signs haven't changed, let me know that too, so I can ensure
we've got them and they're undamaged.
- I have a spreadsheet that inventories all the signs left over from
last year. Please check to see if your signs are there.
- Anticipating signage needs *also* means letting me know if you have
special display needs, such as an easel or stand.


Instructions:
- Read the following carefully, please provide all information
requested, and note the deadlines.
- We will acknowledge receipt of all sign requests as they are entered
in the queue, although it might take a day or two. Please ping me if
you don't receive acknowledgment.
- If you've already submitted sign requests, I'll follow up with you
to ensure all information below has been captured. You could do me a
huge favour by updating your request before that, if I don't get to
you first. :)
- Please note that the week before Arisia is frantic for signshop, so
if you don't read these instructions carefully and provide the right
information, you may not get what you asked for.
- Signshop hours are NOT yet set. I am in fact not going to attend the
con this year but I will have folks covering for us.

Deadlines:

11:59 pm Sunday, January 6th - Deadline for all signs guaranteed to be
done before Arisia starts. Any requests submitted after the 6th are
not guaranteed, and will be processed on a best-effort basis in order
of receipt.

All poster-size (24x36) signs received will be printed Monday, January
7th only. No exceptions.

Requirements:
When requesting signs, please provide the following information:

Is Sign in Inventory? (check attachment for existing signs)
