[ST] Tomorrow's pending storm

Given how well the weather forcasters have performed this year, I
suspect the answer is that we will need to decide in the morning ...

That being said, I would like to still have this session if at all
possible.   If we get 2-4 inches and it stops snowing by 10 AM, the
Mass Pike should be fine by noon and I'm hoping the parking lot for
Arisia Storage will be cleared out by 2 PM.   If on the other hand we
get 12 inches of snow again and it is still snowing at noon, we will
probably need to cancel.

So, my goal is to send mail about 10 AM.
