[ST] [SA] ConCom 01/02/08

Reminder there is a ConCom meeting @ The Hyatt this Wednesday 01/02/08, 7pm.

We will be discussing the states of the various divisions, looking at
whatever rooms we need to and having a question answer period.

Everyone who wishes to come is welcome to attend.  If you would like
to volunteer at con this is a great opportunity to get a feel for what
is needed before the con begins.

Parking at the hotel will be free for this event, please bring the
garage ticket with you to the meeting.
