Arisia has no such policy and a history which makes us disinclined to
implement one.  Merv and I have the opposite issue:  if only our real
names are used, no one knows who we are.  If Merv and Paul can come to
a mutually agreeable solution I see no reason why the rest of the
organization has to get involved.
