I can do that.  I'm accurate at entry from copy @ just shy of 90 wpm.

Fax your copy to 703-935-4575 or e-mail scanned docs to
happypete at gmail.com, I'll ship back a spreadsheet.  Please don't
forget to tell me  _ how _ you want things entered, if it isn't going
to be painfully obvious.  Oh, and format:  Excel?  Google Doc?
Hollerith-encoded punch cards? [Be advised that the latter choice
would take _ substantially _ more time to produce, as I would have to
acquire the necessary tooling.]

[Yeah, yeah, I know...I always end up working enough hours at-con
