[ST] email issues answered

Thank you to those who responded.

I don't tend to have much to add to the discussions on the staff list but
it's really quite frustrating when I do and the post goes missing without
even a bounce.

It seems that someplace along the line the cable internet provider is
losing the messages, not my domain provider.  As I was able to see my last
post as were a number of other people and I am currently posting directly
from my domain provider's web interface and bypassing the cable company
altogether.

So now I get to call the cable company and find out what they are doing to
my email and why.

Using the web interface is convenient when I am not home, but here at home
it's just a pain.
