Balticon went from three to four days in 2001 when they switched from Easter
Weekend to Memorial Day Weekend. So they've done it six times so far.
To see how they schedule and handle a four day convention check out their
past few years Pocket Programs at:
http://www.balticon.org/Balticon37/pocket37.pdf (2003)
http://www.balticon.org/B40pocketfinal.pdf (2006)
(Couldn't find ones from 2004 or 2005 online).
