[ST] Smofcon reminder

Just a reminder that the rates for the Smofcon in Boston this December 
go up on Thursday (3/1) to $60 (currently $50). Hotel reservations are 
now available, too, starting at $118 (s/d). Details at www.mcfi.org. 
This is a great way to meet conrunners from across the world & exchange 
ideas, and have a good time socializing, too. And yes, you will be 
welcome--at least by the woman handing out the badges. :)
