Right now the resume has the following tables (and some others) in it,
and here is my understanding of how they will be used.

On the right as you enter the hotel, 4 tables against the wall, no room
to sit behind them. These are freebie tables, all weekend long.

Ahead of you as you enter the hotel, 5 tables with room to sit behind
them. One of these is for T-shirt sales. Reg gets the other four on
Saturday and Sunday; on Friday one is for program checkin and I had
thought that Reg would need two or three but they say they don't, so we
should figure out who does.

To the left as you head towards the escalators, near the A/V office, 2.6
tables with room to sit behind them (total of 16 feet long). Masquerade
and Blood Drive signup share these. This is slightly less space than
they'd like but means they don't have to move. We could move Blood
Drive over to the 5-table area by moving Saturday T-shirt sales to the
third floor, or by squeezing reg.

In the area on the other side of the funny windows from the elevator
lobby, 6 tables on the north side that can be sat behind, and 4 tables
on the south side that can't. These are reg on Friday, fan tables on
Saturday morning and afternoon and all day Sunday, and the Masquerade
Green Room on Saturday evening. Fan tables getting only 6 tables and
only for some of the time means they're very much getting the short end
of the stick.

Near the escalator, funny-shaped tables (to fit in the nooks) that Info
Desk and Access get to keep all weekend.

To the left of the hotel's registration desk, one table for Innkeeper.
If this table doesn't work then the next best thing for Innkeeper is one
of the tables as you're first entering the hotel, but that's not so hot.

On the third floor near the vending machine, one table with room to sit
behind it. This is for Dealers Row checkin on Friday. The T-Shirt
sales table could move here on Saturday if reg or the Blood Drive needed
more space.
