The Quick Reference (Pocket Program plus big posters at-con) is being finalized.

This is the Master List of when/where/how everything is.

It's been completely overhauled in the last 24 hours as many, many
people sent it updates to beat the Pocket Program deadline.  It's even
possible (and likely) that something previously correct was changed,
so please give it one last look.
