[ST] [SA] Staff Den announcements

Hello,

Since we won't have the BU Room (aka Regency Club on some maps, on the 
10th floor by the elevators) to use as the Staff Den on Thursday evening 
and Friday morning, the Staff Den dining area will be in the parlor of the 
1032 suite during those times.

It is essential that the entire Arisia staff be cleaner about eating in 
the Staff Den.  We can't afford a repeat of last year with food and drink 
spills getting into the sofas and padded armchairs in the Staff Den, or 
into new places like the light-colored carpeting that's found in the suite 
parlors at the Hyatt.

Volunteers will be needed on Friday morning to help move the Staff Den 
equipment over to the BU Room where Staff Den will be for the rest of the 
weekend.
