[ST] treasury on-site this weekend and before...

Hi,

I'll be getting on-site at about 18:00 on Thursday and expect to be 
basically around the hotel all weekend meal breaks pending.

If you're going to need a check on site to pay for a delivery I need to 
know about it *before* noon on Wednesday, so I can arrange for someone 
on site to have the check and expense form for you.

To date I know about check needs from:

     - Lisa Hertel
     - Tamar Amidon
     - Hobbit

If you need re-imbursement on site, and/or petty cash the treasury will 
be manned on a posted schedule, otherwise you'll have to track me 
down.   The location of the treasury is *not* going to be posted for 
obvious reasons, the location will be given to the div heads before the con.
