Hi, Skip
Re accessible program files: This non-PDF doc
http://www.mv.com/users/morris/arisia/tracks.html
was the only Arisia program doc that both had the info I wantet and was simple to open. The larger PDF docs just froze my system, as large PDF docs typically do.
My suggestion would be:
quick fix=the txt file could work as a quick guide, maybe put a note at the top regarding that it is organized by track;
longterm fix: PDF can be a very accessible format but not when it is large, contains lots of images, etc. (screen reader /text-to-speech programs are huge memory pigs, so systems running such adaptive tech usually just doesn't have the spare memory for large files)--could any of these PDF docs be stripped down to a smaller size? Actually, the smaller files were accessible, they just didn't have the info I wanted.
Thanks for the txt file, Skip, I'm off to plan my con, see you there.
Kes
