[ST] [SA] updated staff den schedule

Wiser heads have prevailed, and the updated staff den schedule is as  
follows for meals:

Thursday setup (beginning around 3 or 5 this afternoon), then dinner  
(~8 pm to 10:30 pm)
Thursday dinner meal = Indian food
Friday breakfast (8 to 10 am), lunch (1 to 3 pm), dinner (7 to 9:30 pm)
Friday dinner meal = chili, baked chicken
Saturday breakfast (8 to 10 am), lunch (1 to 3 pm), dinner (7 to 10 pm)
Saturday dinner = veg soup, pasta (rice pasta & normal pasta options)
Sunday breakfast (8 to 10 am), lunch (1 to 3 pm), no dinner scheduled  
because of the Dead Dog party (to which we will contribute food)
Sunday lunch = grilled cheese & tomato garlic soup
Monday morning from 7 to 9 am with whatever's left (all cold food)

Please note, other food will be available during non-meal-designated  
times.  We will probably open the doors around 7:30 am and close them  
around 11 pm daily, depending on how things are going.  Food  
available in between posted meal times will be PB&J, instant soups,  
fruit, etc.  I have received many concerned requests for "oh, my  
department is in frantic mode during that meal, can you extend it  
another hour?"  I'm sorry, folks, but I really can't.  I don't have  
the staff resources, and there will always be some food available in  
the snacking times, so you will still be able to eat.  Anytime there  
is enough (which should be nearly always), I will also leave in crock  
pots the leftover soup/chili/whatnot, and there's always microwave  
popcorn!  So there should always be a hot food option available.  Of  
some kind.  :)

I look forward to seeing folks there!   I'm not ready to head out to  
the hotel yet, but hope to be soon ...
