[ST] gripe deflection

For the Gripe session, the good idea [mostly Ringel's, I think, although
it fell out of a discussion Joanne and I were having with him] of having
the list of "we know about these already, please don't rehash them"
posted near the Gripe session door came to be and was implemented.

However, all that says is "yes, we know various things sucked".  What
I'd like to see written up and posted, perhaps in the 2007 forums
area or something, are *explanations* of why various things like
parking and the elevators sucked.  Is there any info on exactly why
the 'vators kept breaking?  Why were some MIT lots suddenly off-
limits [after people had already parked there thinking it was ok]?
etc etc.  FACTS, not conjecture or arguments.  I think that would help
a lot of people understand what was beyond the concom's control and
how they tried to compensate for it.
