"After each Division's reports, there will be a chance for others to
bring up issues (good or bad) like we did at the Gripe Session"

We want reports, but we also want people to point out things we
missed. What we don't want is 16 zillion people debating each issue.

Written reports are useful. I've found them useful to refresh my
memory in the Fall when I've forgotten what I did the previous year.
I've also found reports useful for recruiting new people to fill
positions, and then to help them figure out what they need to do.

BTW, here's the format I've used when I was a Div Head.

-----------------

What you did?

What went right?
What went wrong
What should be done differently next year?
Experiments to try next year?

Any comments about the rest of the con (other divisions, hotel, ...)?

Future ideas for what do if we get snowed in?

-----------------

There are probably other useful formats for reports, and different
questions to ask.
