You've said that "finding solutions" doesn't belong, either. So  
apparently the only thing you think is appropriate is "identifying  
problems" and that can easily be done via email. So what is the point  
of this meeting, then?

I certainly wouldn't feel appreciated when I'm told to save my  
comments for the debrief and then told the debrief isn't the place  
for my comments, either. Pray tell where *is* the place for my comments?
