Debrief *is* the place for staff to make comments about the Con that the 
attendees don't need to hear. It's not time for general discussion on said 
comments or extended rebuttals to those comments.  For those, we have the 
post-meeting smof, email (be it one of the various lists or personal), and
Tem's brainstorming sessions.  I love discussion, discussion is good, but 
it's even better when everyone in the room wants to be having it, and 
that's extremely unlikely in the context of a four-hour debrief.
