[ST] Arisia going to 4 days

 	Speaking as merely an occasional volunteer, keep in mind that
not all employers consider MLK Day an official day off, and a four day
Arisia will likely find itself very short of teardown and load-out
staff, especially if that extends to the following tuesday... while I
realize things are a bit different in the smofosphere, most folks are
unwilling to lose out on paying work to volunteer.
