[ST] Arisia going to 4 days

In theory it sounds like a good idea, and should be explored. I think
we need to find out if there are going to be enough people to have
Break-Down on Monday though. I'm concerned about burning out the
people who have worked the hardest during the weekend.

How about the idea (not mine) of still making Monday load-out day,
but just running the con later on Sunday so people who want to stick
around for an extra day can do so? E.g. keep Art Show open longer,
have "real" programming later in the day, maybe have some fun stuff
Sunday night (like B movies, or an "on the fly" writing or costume
contest, etc.)

This is mostly borrowed from Ben, with a few of my own ideas mixed in.

Hi Skip,

I have to agree with those who say there will be significantly less
staff available on Monday and that staff will be significantly more
burned out, to boot. It's very much not clear how many people will
actually stay for the late Sunday and Monday programming given the
lack of a guaranteed holiday the next day.

Believe me, I know what suffered from trying to do Events in the
Hyatt in three days; I'm not saying that going to four days is a bad
move; I'm saying the staff needs need to be discussed further.
