[ST] Arisia going to 4 days

Hi Mary,

This is part of the argument about burnout. There weren't that many  
of up to "pack out" on Monday as it was. Also things shut down a 4pm  
so Tech could start the process of striking the Ballroom(s) and  
getting things ready for that Monday "pack out"; instead of doing  
much of that Sunday, now they would be required to do most of it  
Monday with Dead Dog Monday night and truck runs Tuesday.

For people who don't get Monday off, that is now two days missed from  
work.
