[ST] [CP] Arisia going to 4 days

My $0.02...

As a long-time attendee and more recent Staffer and most recently new Corporate member, I feel that the logistics of a 4 day Arisia will need to be very well thought out.  Two biggest points.

1.)  Most attendees leave Sunday afternoon because they need to, not because they want to.  We can't really have any 'big' stuff Sunday evening or Monday.
2.)  Most Staff and Volunteers, below the Assistant DivHead level, will also be leaving Sunday afternoon because they need to, not because they want to.  This most likely will also be the case with the Guests of Honor.  

Sunday evening and Monday convention items will need to assume only a skeleton crew is available to run them, so I can't imagine we would be able to do more than a 'Relaxicon' type ending, with only a few formalized panels and open rooms for Gaming, Drum circles, belly dancing, those kind of informal things.  Larger Divisions most likely would have to have a split Staffing scheme below DivHead/Assistant DivHead level, with some folks being Friday - Sunday and others Saturday - Monday.  The main 'Gripe Session' would need to remain in a Sunday afternoon slot, with a smaller session late Monday morning.  And I'm not sure at all about what to do with the Dealers (in the Dealer's Room or Dealer's Row) or things like Video/Anime/Films.
