Hey DDA.

I think that that could make a very interesting panel,
indeed.  I do not know the answer to your questions
about OSC.  Some writers keep a record on their
websites of where they have been invited as GOH. 
There may also be such info on some of the big SF con
sites like the one that Rutgers hosts (used to host?).
