[ST] Boston NOW plug for Arisia

Hi,

I won't presume to speak for Pat, but I think her point is that
Worldcons take a *lot* of people and are planned out more a year in
advance. If we want Arisia to grow to the size of a Worldcon, it too
will probably require a much larger staff and more than a year of
advance planning (and not just for Guests of Honour; Events and
Programming require a lot).

Currently, Arisia doesn't fit into the Hyatt; going to 4 days is an
attempt to work around that by extending the con. Worlcons run for a
*week* and require serious convention space; I wasn't on the hotel
search committee but my understanding is that most of the larger
Boston convention space is booked out many years in advance. That
alone would limit when a much larger Arisia could happen.
