[ST] [SA] A'08 Links (Org Chart & ConCom Notes)

  I put together a web page with links to A'08 stuff.  So far it's
just ConCom notes from the February meeting and a preliminary version
of the Org Chart.

  We've rearranged the Org Chart to reduce the number of direct
reports the Con Chair has.  Now some of the Div Heads report to the
Assistant Con Chairs (Lisa (Jasra), Jill, and me) .  If we
accidentally left you off the Org Chart or If you see an empty
position and you might be interested in the job, please let us know.
