[ST] Load In Schedule?

Could anyone point me to a timeline, web resource, or someone reply with 
current load in data?

Last year, truck was scheduled to arrive at Noon Thursday.  Is this holding 
approximately the same way this year?

Who is in charge of Logistics, and is that person delegating to another 
person for Load-In Leader?  I'll have some questions for that person.
