[ST] Please read the 08 Arisia Kid Policies

Attached is the reworked kid policy flyer with Fast Track hours and
policies spelled out.  Please read it.  Everyone on the committee and
staff needs to know these policies (or at least where to find them).

Lisa, can you please put this version on the web site? and is it
possible to e-mail it to the parents of all pre-reg'ed children, Fast
Track and In-Tow?
