[ST] [SA] Blood Drive at Arisia '08

Hi folks,

Just wondering what people think of expanding the Blood Drive, meaning
adding a second MGH Blood Drive bus for the one day of the Drive (Saturday),
or using just one bus and having Blood Drive hours on Sunday as well.  John
Hodges, our Blood Drive guy, suggested both of these as a way to expand the
Drive.  I personally don't think there's space for a second Blood Drive bus,
but if other folks think it could work, give a shout!  And give a shout
about adding Sunday hours too.

Mostly for the web folks -
John Hodges is wondering if the past years' web pages are still around.  Are
we still forwarding email for 'blooddrive at arisia.org' to jcfh at alum.mit.edu
so he can do advanced scheduling?  He says he can put together a text slug
and an appointment schedule spreadsheet for the Blood Drive too.  It would
be great if we could get that linked up with our A'08 front page, of course.
If our web folks want to communicate with John directly on this stuff, the
alum.mit.edu address I mentioned above is the best way to contact him.

The Writer GoH is apparently a big supporter of this cause, if there's any
way we can get Laura Anne Gilman involved, that would be great!  Toss out
suggestions on this soon, so Krista, the GoH Liaison, can see what ideas
Laura takes an interest in.
