As staff you may see a different screen after log in in that the

Log into Zambia.
Click the Participant's View.
Search panels (you can leave it blank to search them all.)
There is a Blue sentence in the discription that reads:
"Add this panel to my list" then a checkbox.
Check the box
When you have checked all the ones you want go to the bottom of the  
page and click on save.

Then you are lead to another screen which allows you to rank them.
