[ST] call for copy

Hey, folks, if you have copy that needs to go into a publication (for  
example, the souvenir book or the pocket program or the newsletter),  
here are some upcoming deadlines:

Restaurant guide text (not that I think anyone else has text to  
contribute, but just in case): Dec 1st
Souvenir book ad copy: Dec 1st
Programming bios to souvenir book staff: Dec 1st
Event writeups to Pocket Program: Dec 14th
Rough draft schedule to Pocket Program: Dec 14th
Final copy for souvenir book: Dec 14th
Final copy for proofreading (minus schedule tweaks) for Pocket  
Program: Dec 30th

In addition, any known notices to go into the newsletter should be  
sent asap for insertion into the template being built.  The deadline  
for notices to go into the newsletter is technically 9 pm the  
previous day, I believe, but if you wait too long there may not be  
room for your all-important announcement.  Send early and often.  ;)   
Those of you who already know what you want to say (for example,  
masquerade already knows they have two announcements to publish  
during con), you have no excuses for not getting us that text pre- 
convention.  The sooner you get it to us, the happier we will be to  
include it.  :)

Any text related to the above should be sent to  
publications at arisia.org, and it will get forwarded to the relevant  
party(ies).

I will forward the Timeline Committee the full version of the master  
schedule, which we've been tinkering with over at Publications for  
the past week or two.  :)
