[ST] need Arisia's bulk rate stamp for a mailing

Next Saturday, 11/3, I am going to be sending out a bulk mailing for 
A08, and I do not know who has the bulk rate stamp (or stamps). Last 
I'd heard, which was a few weeks ago, Dr. Karen had possession, but 
I've lost track since then.

I can come and pick it up from the person who has it now.

Whoever has the stamp(s) and the ink pad, or can at least point me in 
the right direction, please let me know, as I do need it this week, 
if possible by Thursday at latest.
