[ST] Email Outage

Hi all,

Arisia experienced a partial outage yesterday where some lists worked and
some did not.  If you got a bounce message that said the user was unknown
for any Arisia email list, you should resend the message, unless you got
it through the the right people through other means.

Note that Arisia should never bounce messages witht hat message.  Email to
an unknown alias at Arisia should go to me rather than bouncing.
