[ST] overnight, con suite, filk

I did consider the possibility, given that the question of overnight 
staffing of the con suite was raised.

But as noted, this could conflict with other kinds of hanging-out in the 
con suite; conversation and singing are not always compatible. And the 
con suite is not an optimal room for the purpose structurally even if 
one wanted to deal with striking most of the tables.

If we had a larger con suite, such as the one Boskone was using at the 
Sheraton, we might be able to make this work. As 'tis...


However: If the con suite is "surprisingly packed after 2", it shouldn't 
be hard to persuade some of those people to help staff it after 2. Maybe 
what's needed is a big sign: "OPEN OVERNIGHT ONLY IF VOLUNTEERS SIGN UP 
TO TAKE THOSE SHIFTS"...?
