Was just reviewing the ConComm Meetings Schedule.  One suggestion, you might
want to move the 'Who are we Missing?' to a little earlier in the year.
October is a little late if we find we really are 'Missing' a piece of
fandom.  By the time we contact whomever (probably have to figure out who to
contact first) and find out if/when they are available, it will be into our
main scheduling time and may be more difficult to 'schedule' them in.

Just my thoughts.
