[ST] prep for March 2 meeting

Hi People,

The purpose of the March 2 con committee meeting, this coming Sunday,  
2pm, at MIT (see http://corp.arisia.org/corpdirections-mit )
is to review ideas for things to do at Arisia '09.

I will be taking last year's org chart and adding all of the things  
we've done at Arisia and others that you or I can think of in a  
sensible order.  We'll go through each thing and talk about it.  I'd  
like a sense of the group about what is valuable to Arisia for you and  
what might not be so important to you.  I, of course, will set the  
tone of the convention (this is one of the perks of being Chairman!),  
but you will have influence in some areas.

Yes, we'll discuss the Masquerade.  Yes, we'll discuss it.  Will there  
be one - yes!  Might it change - yes!

Yes, we'll discuss things like the Info Desk and Ops.  Yes, we'll  
discuss them.  Will they exist - more than likely!  Might they change  
- maybe.

So, anything that occurs to you, be it old or new for this convention,  
send me that list off this email list.  About mid-week I'll send what  
I have so far and you will again be solicited for more items.

That said, the meeting will be limited to two hours.  We'll start on  
time.  We won't circle back for people who come in late.  And, if we  
can avoid too much discussion on obvious things - say us doing better  
running the elevators (that could take 2 hours alone) - then we'll get  
through it all and, hopefully, enjoy the journey.
