[ST] Staffing the Ops Desk ...

If you are interested in working at the Office / Ops Desk at Arisia
(even if you haven't done it before), and you haven't yet spoken to us,
could you please drop an email to opsdesk at arisia.org? 

If you haven't worked for Ops Desk in the past could you please include
a couple of sentences with your background and fannish con-running
experience?

Also, it would be great if you could give us some idea of your
availability as we are trying to put a schedule together beforehand.  
We are especially looking for people interested in working part or all
of the overnight (midnight - 10 AM).   

Not that we really expect anyone to work 10 or even 8 hours a day.  Who
would be that crazy with all of the interesting things happening at
Arisia??

We definitely need staffing for the times the convention is open to the
public (about 3 PM Friday to about 3 PM Monday) and we'd like to start
earlier
on Friday and run later on Monday if possible.  During those times we
will be in room "200" the Aquarium / Fishbowl which was used for
Consuite last year (Ops is sharing it with Security).   You can also
look for
us on Thursday in room 201 or call my cell phone on Thursday.
