 Hi folks,

Bonnie sent this to me and I'm passing it on to the rest of the Staff to get
Karl's idea on a few more radar screens.  I'm hoping we can get some
responses for Bonnie on this for the ConCom meeting tomorrow night, since
she will be there.

I have been forgetting to ask you about storage for our Tribble Bash
items.  Karl has been concerned about having to make two trips to
Arisia on Friday, one with a van full of stuff that would have to be
stored until we could get into the space, then a second trip to pick
up his family.  Yesterday, Karl came up with an alternate solution.
See his email below.

If the comped parking for the van is OK he can fit much larger stuff
in it.  If that's not going to work out we will need a space in the
afternoon at the hotel to build the Tribble Mound for the charity
photos.

What do you think?

I have a solution for storage before and after the party.

What I would like is a comp parking permit thru Sunday.

That way I can strip out the seats in the mini van and store
everything in it before and after the party. With that much space I
can fill out the tribble pile much more then if we need to assemble it
there.

What it would require is access to the parking garage  from Friday
through Sunday.

That way Cheri can bring the kids in the Saab and we will pay for
parking for that vehicle I would then offer to anyone else who has
stuff to bring that I can bring it with me as long as they help unpack
the van there.

How would that be?
