[ST] The 'Summit Mt. Arisia' Event

Hi folks,

We have a special Event going on Saturday and Sunday afternoon at Arisia.
This is the official Stair Climb, starting off at 2 pm both days.  I wanted
to make sure it got spread out there because it is a special case for
Events, since it's not in an actual room, but in the main staircase. 
Art Show will need to remind their Security that there may be an influx of
people entering the elevator lobby on 16 from the stairs during the 2 pm - 3
pm time (and a bit beyond), only to use the elevator back down.  I don't
know how this will mesh with Art Show teardown Sunday, but I'm asking that
those doing the climb Sunday still be able to access the 16th floor
elevators even if the Art Show is officially closed and tearing down (ie, we
need to make sure that door from the stairwell will still open from the
stairwell side).
