[ST] [SA] pocket program available for review

The Pocket Porgram is now available for poofreading and review at
http://www.psgd.org/a08/

I still need to make the grid, and to insert the "real" maps, and I'm
not doing a final data pull until midnight, but it's otherwise in a
happy state.

The size of the cover is the size of the book.  The interior pages are
presented in 2-page spreads in the pdf, for ease of printing/reading
on screen.

As always, I welcome your thoughtful comments and corrections.
