  Last year's problem was a lack of communication within MIT.  We had
permission from MIT to park in the lot next to the police.
Unfortunately, no one told the police about this and they got annoyed
when "their" lot was filled.

  This year we will make sure that the police get notified that we
have permission to park in most of the lots along railroad track side
of Vassar St (including the garage).
